From the Depths

How embarassing. I was diving in my stitching basket for a needle and found a months-old UFO. Two flower facecloths from Weekend Knitting. I worked on these over Christmas (Christmas!) last year and intended to give them to a friend over the holidays. That friend just had a birthday, so I figured it was time to weave in the ends and block them.

I subscribe to that philosophy when it comes to knitted gifts. I never finish in time and now tell people if they want a special, hand-knitted item from me, that you can't rush perfection so expect it to be 1-2 months late.
